Our client is a leading plaintiff personal injury firm with an outstanding reputation across all areas of personal injury. It has a thriving practice and is seeking a talented personal injury lawyer to join the firm's Sydney CBD office.
The Role
The firm is currently seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer to join the team. The role will see you use your experience in a different way. In this role you would do all of the initial work on workers compensation claims and you will also oversee a paralegal in the role. You will deal with all stages of the workers compensation process until the matter reaches dispute state, at which time you will hand the matter over to the Partner in the team.
This role would be ideal for an experienced workers compensation lawyer seeking a role which does not include litigation and is flexible. You will be able to work full or part-time and you will also be able to work remotely.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 4+ years' PAE, specifically in plaintiff NSW workers compensation, gained from a reputable personal injury firm;
- The ability to work autonomously;
The ability to mentor a paralegal;
Self-motivation (especially if working 100% from home).
