Your new company

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their team for an exciting $60M high-density housing development. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of workplace health and safety on one of their flagship projects.

Your new role

  • Oversee and maintain compliance with WHS regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and monitor effective safety policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Provide guidance and support to construction teams and subcontractors to promote a culture of safety.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
  • Proven experience within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage teams on safety priorities.
  • Experienced supervisors wanting to get into safety are also encouraged to apply.
