About the Role:

This is a five day per week position, Monday to Friday, with working hours between 8:40 AM and 5:00 PM.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Welcoming patients and providing a high standard of customer service
  • Answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling recalls
  • Processing patient accounts and handling daily EFTPOS and HICAPS transactions
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including email correspondence and database updates
  • Completing end-of-day banking and reconciliation tasks

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception/administration role (preferred but not essential)
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with both patients and colleagues
  • Brings a warm, friendly, and professional attitude to the workplace
  • Can juggle multiple tasks while staying organized and attentive to detail
  • Works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
  • Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the role
