We have a permanent part-time position available for immediate start for a receptionist to join our family run business with a great and every growing team.

Hourly rate ranging from $30 - $35 per hour depending on level of experience.

Founded in 2006 Rubber Anchor is Australia's largest and premier provider all non-slip rug underlays, rug washing and associated rug services. Whilst we do cater for the general public, our customer base comprises largely of Australia's most reputable rug importers, retailers and suppliers.

We are looking for someone with a focus on exceptional customer service to join our ever expanding business which is located in Oakleigh. The days and hours we offer are quite flexible and there will be no weekend work - Work - Life - Balance. Hours will range between 20 hrs – 30 hrs across 4 – 5 days per week. There is also a very high possibility that this may evolve into a full-time position over the course of the next 6 months should that be of interest.

No experience is necessary and on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant however Xero experience would be an advantage.

The position entails the following duties:

  • Receiving and making calls from/to clients

  • Generating quotes, invoices and answering clients enquiries

  • Processing incoming / outgoing rugs

  • Packing and despatching of orders

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Good inter-personal and communication skills

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Strong attention to detail
