About the role:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you'll be (amongst other things) a creative and energetic multitasker above all else. You'll manage a portfolio of recruitment agency clients that range in size, need, industry and identity, so jumping from task to task with a ninja like ability to realign your focus is essential.
This role is suited to someone who has 2-4 years experience in marketing, client management or a recruiter with knowledge of marketing experience and looking to take their career to the next level.
Day-to-Day Deliverables:
• Being the Account Manager for a portfolio of our clients based in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
• Be the brand guardian for all your portfolio client's brands
• Supporting the Senior Marketing Account Manager to deliver marketing strategies with the support of our delivery teams
• Create marketing briefs for cross-platform campaigns
• Provide creative digital solutions to our client's day-to-day challenges.
• Support in the creation of social media and marketing solutions for your portfolio
• Coordinate internal delivery teams to manage projects and meet deadlines
• Review analytics per platform and action any improvements necessary to meet client goals
• Use your impeccable attention to detail to review social media content, blogs, whitepapers, guides and more to ensure they match the client's tone and messaging
• Write and edit content such as blogs, case studies, social posts and email marketing copy to bring your client's brand to life
• Update and manage website content using various CMS platforms ensuring blogs, landing pages and resources are SEO-friendly and on brand
• Confident using marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva and social scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) to deliver campaigns efficiently
Leading individual projects and working with clients directly from inception to completion

• This role will provide the opportunity for you to earn uncapped commission as you build out your portfolio of clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
• You will be given all the tools to support you in this supporting business development role
• There's no KPIs or micromanagement here, you build we pay
Who you are:
• We're a specialist marketing agency for recruiters, some knowledge of the recruitment industry is essential
• Strong writing skills, we don't mean crafting the next Pulitzer novel, but you should be able to create engaging copy across blogs, social posts, email campaigns and case studies.
• You have sky-high attention to detail and standards of work
• You're a skilled marketer with a strong foundation of knowledge across most marketing specialisms
• A meticulous planner with the ability to jump from task to task with ease
• A clear communicator who can engage a broad range of stakeholders and is comfortable jumping on the phone to discuss ideas, resolve problems and get things done
• Never satisfied with the norm and constantly looking for new ways to market our clients
Skills needed:
Excellent project management skills
Highly organised
Able to manage different team members workloads based on projects
Experience using CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot or similar) to manage content and brief developers/designers
Strong editing and proofreading skills to polish content across campaigns
Proactive and highly motivated
