The Role

We're looking for a driven PR Account Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of integrated communications campaigns. This role is about coordinating PR, media, content, social, and event activities, supporting business development, and maintaining strong media and stakeholder networks. You will help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, contributing directly to client satisfaction, retention, and growth.


What You'll Do
  • Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution – Coordinate and oversee integrated PR, media, content, social, and event campaigns.
  • Media & Influencer Engagement – Identify opportunities and manage relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to maximise client exposure.
  • Content & Communication Development – Draft and produce press releases, case studies, proposals, and reports to a high standard.
  • Financial & Process Management – Support account leads with budgets, purchase orders, trackers, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Business Development Support – Assist in pitches, proposals, and identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
  • Industry & Market Insights – Monitor trends, competitor activity, and client sectors to inform strategy and client recommendations.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in public relations or communications, preferably with large corporate accounts or in IT, consumer tech, or gaming sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Established media, analyst, and influencer network with strong PR and social media knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and financial skills.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and collaborative approach.
