What's the opportunity?

Reporting to the State Sales Manager – Vic & WA, we are on the hunt for a full-time Coffee Specialist & Account Manager that isn't afraid to get out there and create impact for current and potential customers.

As our Coffee Specialist & Account Manager you'll be responsible for;

• Account Management – Retention and growth of existing accounts, providing outstanding customer service, building relationships based on knowledge and trust, and maximising opportunities for business growth.
• Coffee Training – Delivering high level skill development to our customers to deliver on our brand promise of coffee specialists growing the coffee business of hospitality professionals.
• Warehouse & Deliveries – Managing our warehouse, including all stock movements in and out, picking and packing orders for delivery and delivering stock to our customers.
• This role isn't your average account manager role, we offer a fun and relaxed environment with opportunity for growth. You'll get to apply your upbeat personality, strong coffee and sales skills to contribute to team wins through exceptional coffee knowledge, products, and customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

We require an experienced coffee professional. You might be looking to apply your deep knowledge of specialty coffee to our customers, helping them grow and using that superior knowledge to outcompete. Or you could be BDM or account manager looking to marry your specialty coffee knowledge with your interest in training and sales. Either way, you must demonstrate;

• Passion and thirst for coffee knowledge and excellence, prior experience in the specialty coffee industry is a must;
• Understanding of the unique Western Australian market;
• Exceptional technical skills both in specialty coffee and machine knowledge;
• Excellent negotiation and after-sales service with the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly;
• A high level of organisation, time-management, and problem-solving skills;
• Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels and across functions, collaborating for best results;
• A track record of continuous improvement, implementing innovative ideas to delight our customers;
• The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously;
• A self-starter with strong business acumen who views growth and change as an opportunity.
• A current drivers license is a must
