Full Stack Engineer (AI-First)

We're looking for an AI-Augmented Full Stack Engineer to join our development team and help build intelligent, secure, and scalable applications.

You'll work across the full stack — from backend APIs to responsive front-end interfaces – and harness AI coding tools to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation in our delivery process.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications that are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Develop modern front-end interfaces using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Build and optimise back-end services using Python (Django/FastAPI) or equivalent frameworks.
  • Design and manage data storage using relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
  • Use agentic AI coding tools to accelerate and streamline coding, documentation, and testing.
  • Follow best practices in version control, testing, CI/CD, and security.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications.
  • Practical experience using AI coding assistant and agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Open AI Codex etc) to improve and accelerate workflow.
  • Proficient in full-stack development, with strong expertise in Python for backend services and React with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development.
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and managing databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and authentication standards (JWT, OAuth).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on quality and collaboration.
