Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnership Specialist at GCC Capital located in Australia. The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for (1) identifying and exploring potential partners that are beneficial to GCC Capital, (2) assisting in the implementation of new partnerships/ initiatives, (3) updating, maintaining and ensuring our internal database is up-to-date and accurate., (4) supporting the Management in handling day-to-day issues related to partners and carrying out research studies when required, and (5) Identifying potential stakeholders in Australia for partnerships with GCC Capital and maintaining ongoing partner relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities

·      Identify and explore potential partners that are beneficial to the Company.

·      Assist in the implementation of new partnerships/ initiatives.

·      Update, maintain, and ensure our internal database is up-to-date and accurate.

·      Support the Management in handling day-to-day issues related to partners and carry out research studies when required.

·      Prepare presentations, reports, and other business correspondence

·      Provide clerical and administrative support to the Company on daily operations

·      Handle Ad Hoc Projects and assignments as requested

To qualify, individuals must possess

·      Degree holder in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing

·      Around 1-2 years of relevant experience

·      Independent, mature and detail-minded

·      Self-motivated, responsible and possess a strong drive for excellence

·      Be a good team player and pay attention to details

·      Good presentation skills with hands on PC and MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) knowledge

·      Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop can be an advantage

·      Good command in English and Chinese

·      Fresh graduates are welcomed.
