Our client is a fast-growing medicinal cannabis company. We're seeking a vibrant, ethical medical commercial professional to build partnerships with healthcare providers and drive education and access across Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.

What you'll do

  • Introduce and represent our client's medicinal cannabis portfolio to
    GPs, specialists, nurses, clinics, pharmacists and dispensaries
    .
  • Deliver
    clinical education
    , in-services and presentations; attend conferences and events.
  • Own
    territory and key account plans
    —identify opportunities, execute growth strategies and track results.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships; provide exceptional customer service and timely support.
  • Navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate activity reporting (CRM).

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years
    in customer-facing healthcare roles (e.g., Pharmaceutical Representative, Naturopath, Nutrition professional or similar).
  • Existing relevant
    Melbourne network
    and territory knowledge.
  • Experience in
    medicinal cannabis
    is
    highly regarded
    .
  • Proven success developing and executing
    strategic business plans
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, education/presentation and negotiation
    skills; strong analytics.
  • Understanding of
    TGA compliance
    and the Australian regulatory landscape.
  • Self-starter with high integrity, initiative and the ability to work
    autonomously
    and collaboratively.
  • An entrepreneurial, can-do mindset
