MMB SME Partnership Pacific Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global MMB SME team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the MMB SME Partnership Pacific Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing partnership strategies within the region while collaborating closely with stakeholders across Marsh McLennan to drive regional distribution plans that align with global strategy and address local market nuances.
We will count on you to:
- Develop and leverage global partnership strategies to meet regional market demands and maximise impact
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key partners in the region, ensuring alignment with MMB's strategic objectives and enhancing customer experience
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and distribution channels to balance immediate revenue and sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Global Partnerships Leaders, Sales Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to communicate strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts
- Manage multiple partnership and distribution initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adaptability to market changes

- Strong regional and local market insights to adapt global partnership and distribution strategies effectively
- Excellent communication and engagement skills to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management skills to navigate complexity and support timely implementation
