In order to join the team as our new Supervisor you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI's. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):

  • Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well informed
  • Preparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair
  • Quality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair
  • Repair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI
  • Budgets – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs
  • Key Performance Indicators – Exceed internal & external KPI's
  • Additional items as required to ensure the team succeeds

Skills & Abilities (Not limited to):

  • Building Supervisor Licence - (Preferred)
  • Computer & Communication skills
  • Professional & Organised
  • Attention to detail while managing time efficiently
  • Valued & active member of a team culture
  • Driven to succeed while working independently
  • Experience - Site Supervisor or Project Manager
