Senior Site Supervisor (Concrete / Formwork) – South East Queensland

Amharc is looking for an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in South East Queensland. With a steady pipeline of diverse projects, we offer stable, long-term work in a professional and friendly environment.

We are seeking a dedicated individual interested in a long-term role as part of one of our core crews.

About the Role

As a Senior Supervisor [Concreter], you will be responsible for a range of concreting tasks, including:

  • Bridgeworks, retaining walls, culverts, slab-on-ground (footpaths, v-drains, etc.)
  • Managing multiple job sites and work crews.
  • Ensuring works are carried out to the highest level of quality and in a safe manner.
  • Assisting in programming works and cost management.
  • Assisting in pricing projects.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and clients.
  • Performing all aspects of formwork, steel fixing, and concreting.

Role would suit supervisors with either a Formwork or Concreting background who are looking to take a step up.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the civil construction industry
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team of tradespeople
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality work
  • A reliable and proactive approach
  • 2 work references from previous supervisors (must be ready for us to call)
Essential Requirements
  • To be considered, you must have:

    Valid Driver's Licence

    White Card

    Certificate III in Concreting (or relevant experience)

    Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

    Experience working on TMR projects required

    2 work references from previous supervisors (must be ready for us to call)
Desirable Tickets & Licences (Advantageous but Not Essential)
  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
  • Telehandler
  • Working at Heights
  • Dogman
  • Riggers
  • Scaffolders
  • QBCC nominated supervisor licence

Training can be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude.

This is a permanent position.
