As our driven Head Chef, you'll lead the way in the kitchen and share your passion with those around you. You'll empower your team to deliver elevated dining experiences for our guests through inspiring coaching and communication. A day in the life of a Head Chef:

  • Act as a role model and a visionary by developing and growing the business through your own initiatives
  • Harness your passion, commercial acumen and creativity to design and produce high quality dishes that keep our valued guests coming back for more
  • Build a culture that is centred around safety and hygiene, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do

Qualifications

About you:

  • You have great experience as a Chef in a fast paced kitchen and necessary trade cooking qualifications
  • You know that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion and productivity
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and feel driven to achieve financial and business targets
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
