A rare opportunity is coming available for Head Chef of our iconic venue Too Hands Eat Drink.

Too hands is a popular haunt located in the heart of New Lambton. We operate 7 days per week for Breakfast and Lunch offering a unique wholesome and delicious menu all day.

This role is a great role for someone who has experience leading a team, writing rosters and enjoys cooking and designing popular food menus with a twist.

We have a big market following and our customers enjoy coming to Too hands Cafe on a regular basis.

Offering an attractive Salary with no night work, and no pub holidays this role provides a great life balance for someone who is prepared to take on this Leadership role.

This is a hands on Cooking role with the responsibility of understanding and managing your food costs and labour costs and high standards of Food Safety, cleaning and WHS as part of being a Head Chef.

To be considered you will have min 3 years in Head Chef role,

Experience, capability and the best can do attitude is required to be awarded this great role.

Weekends are essential with shifts the being open to 3pm.
