The Opportunity
Adairs is on an exciting journey to become Australia's Ultimate Home Style Destination, this is an exciting time to join us as we move into our next phase of growth. As the Product Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our product team by ensuring accurate, up-to-date information is delivered on time. In this position you will help coordinate workflows and maintain clear communication across teams to keep projects on track and aligned with our business goals.

How You Will Spend Your Day

  • Complete product purchase orders in line with campaign calendar, using the range planner
  • Assist with sample room management, including managing samples and the set-up of products for events, handovers and meetings
  • Complete new product set-ups in the timeline requires
  • Unpack incoming samples daily and deliver to relevant departments
  • Continually revise and question processes and workflows to improve productivity

About You

  • Previous experience MS Office including excel
  • Can do attitude and thrive in working in a team environment,
  • Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise workload and tasks
  • Exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships to achieve objectives
  • Resourceful approach to problem solving and achieving results
  • Some retail experience would be highly regarded
