About the role:
We are currently hiring a Sales Administrator for a full-time position, available to start as soon as possible. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales team, Marketing, Finance, and other functions. You will provide sales, marketing, and office support, enabling the team to focus on productive activities that drive market share growth.
We are looking for an individual with flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, energetic, and committed to delivering our company values and mission to our customers.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Sales Administration - Responsible for reporting, coordinating new customer accounts, creating and distributing sales reports, and performing data entry tasks.
- Customer Service - Monitor and assess the customer service system (Zendesk), handling emailing, invoicing, quoting, and general customer requests.
- Branch Administration - Manage the day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, logistics, travel arrangements, and documentation. This role also oversees invoicing, training coordination, new employee onboarding, and vendor management to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
- Marketing Support: - Provide marketing support to the Sales team by acting as a liaison between sales and marketing. Maintain and track marketing materials, merchandise, samples, and promotional items. Collect images and content from local activities to support marketing initiatives, including assisting with social media posts.
Skills & Experience:
- 5 years plus experience in sales support, office administration, or coordination (preferably in Industrial/Engineering B2B business).
- Previous experience in reporting, analysis and CRM will be highly regarded.
- MS Office skills - Intermediate Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy under pressure.
- Effective time management and organisation; able to prioritise competing deadlines
