Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including variance, trend, and profitability reviews
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for savings
- Maintain and enhance financial models and databases
- Support month-end processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.
