Are you enthusiastic, organized, and ready to kick-start your career in real estate? We're on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Property Manager Administrator / Receptionist to join our dynamic Property Management team with an option to a immediate start.

About the Role:

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has completed their Real Estate Registration Certificate and is eager to learn all facets of Property Management from the ground up. You'll be the face of our business and a crucial support to our Property Managers.

Your day will include:

  • Answering incoming phone enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Greeting clients and handling over-the-counter enquiries
  • Taking and processing rent payments
  • Assisting Property Managers with daily administrative tasks
  • Following up on maintenance requests and tenant queries
  • Supporting the overall smooth operation of our Property Management department

What We're Looking For:

  • Completion of your Real Estate Registration Certificate (essential)
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing a career in Property Management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and a willingness to learn
  • Confidence computer skills and the ability to multitask
