At Titan Fitness Coogee, we are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Front Office and Customer Service team. As part of our 5-star gym facility, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all our members and guests. We are looking for fitness enthusiasts who are passionate, hardworking, and highly motivated to contribute to our thriving community.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by greeting all members and guests with a smile and positive energy.
  • Uphold our standards of excellence in customer satisfaction when interacting with current members and prospective customers.
  • Develop skills in assisting with sales activities, handling and assisting with telephone enquiries.
  • Supportive team environment, with access to sales training.
  • Perform reception and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect and respond to member feedback, addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Roster sharing of cleaning duties to facilitate cleanliness and maintenance of the gym.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and growth within the fitness industry.
  • Enjoy working as a team member and demonstrate professionalism and maturity when engaging with potential sales, members, and guests.
  • No short-term or visa holder applications please.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience with enthusiasm to learn new skills.
  • Experience in reception, administration, and light office duties.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Flexibility in working varied shifts including early starts, late shifts, and weekend work.

This position starts as a casual role, offering 20-30 hours per week, with the potential to progress to a part-time or full-time position.
