Radical Torque Solutions are the market leader in the sales and hire of torque tools and calibration equipment to the controlled bolting industry in Australia and South East Asia. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team within our Brisbane office based in Archerfield.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Internal Sales Support and Administration Officer to join our expanding team at our Archerfield Branch. You would be responsible for a wide range of duties that include supporting our distribution network, quoting and invoicing. You must be presentable with a great phone manner and fantastic interpersonal skills to be able to work in a dynamic evolving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Producing Sales quotations
  • Supporting Distributors and clients
  • Database management
  • Invoicing and internal sales processing
  • Oversee workshop administration duties, provide general support including preparing reports, generating quoting, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide warehouse support to ensure seamless operations and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Coordinator.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Dealing with hire and rental would be an advantage
  • Ability to work alone as well as within a team environment
  • Honest and reliable work ethic
  • Presentable with a strong phone manner
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
