We're looking for passionate, reliable hospitality all-rounders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.

As part of the Alt. Hospitality Group, you'll join a team that values energy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

What You'll Be Doing
Behind the Bar

  • Preparing and serving drinks – from crisp beers to classic cocktails
  • Maintaining clean, stocked, and well-presented bar areas
  • Promoting responsible service in line with RSA requirements

On the Floor

  • Greeting guests, taking orders, and running meals
  • Providing friendly, efficient, and attentive table service
  • Keeping service areas tidy, stocked, and ready for action

Teamwide

  • Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments
  • Assisting with opening, closing, restocking, and general service needs
  • Supporting your team during busy periods across both bar and floor

What You'll Need

  • RSA and RCG
  • Minimum 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service
  • Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
