Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a big return this September - refreshed, reimagined, and ready to welcome the community back to the waterfront. We’re looking for passionate, reliable hospitality all-rounders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.

As part of the Alt. Hospitality Group, you’ll join a team that values energy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

**Behind the Bar**
- Preparing and serving drinks - from crisp beers to classic cocktails
- Maintaining clean, stocked, and well-presented bar areas
- Promoting responsible service in line with RSA requirements

**On the Floor**
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and running meals
- Providing friendly, efficient, and attentive table service
- Keeping service areas tidy, stocked, and ready for action

**Teamwide**
- Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments
- Assisting with opening, closing, restocking, and general service needs
- Supporting your team during busy periods across both bar and floor

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- RSA and RCG
- Minimum 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service
- Flexible availability - especially evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
