Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a big return this September - refreshed, reimagined, and ready to welcome the community back to the waterfront. We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable **bartenders** who thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering great service with a smile.

As part of the **Alt. Hospitality Group**, you'll be joining a team that values energy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Preparing and serving a range of beverages - from crisp beers to classic cocktails
- Delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised
- Following RSA requirements and promoting responsible service
- Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments
- Assisting with bar opening, closing, and restocking
- Supporting your team during busy service periods

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- RSA and RCG
- Minimum 1 year bar or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service
- Flexible availability - especially evenings and weekends
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
