Georges River 16ft Sailing Club has officially stepped into a bold new era with our stunning venue renovation, and we're on the hunt for front-of-house legends who live and breathe hospitality.

We want energy. We want passion. We want you to create unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors – whether it's pouring the perfect beer, remembering a regular's name, or serving up a dish with a side of charm.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Owning your section like it's your stage
  • Welcoming, wowing, and winning over guests with genuine service
  • Taking orders with confidence and flair (and a cheeky upsell when the moment's right)
  • Keeping things sharp – from polished cutlery to pristine tables
  • Working in sync with the bar and kitchen to keep things flowing smoother than a Sunday session cocktail

We're Looking For:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certified service stars
  • Fast feet, a calm head, and a customer-first heart
  • Team players who show up, pitch in, and lift others up
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
