Our Property Team is on the lookout for a Property Services Lease Administrator to join our growing team at our head office in Preston.

About The Role

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? As a Property Services Lease Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth management of lease-related financial transactions and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the lease database and retrieving key data
  • Processing lease-related payments efficiently and accurately
  • Allocating, reconciling, and adjusting rents
  • Conducting analysis and reconciliation of outgoings and resolving disputes related to leasing costs
  • Reviewing Lease Agreements to identify tenancy requirements
  • Liaising with Accounts, Finance, and Insurers regarding payments, audits, and compliance
  • Communicating effectively with landlords to address lease matters in a timely manner
  • Handling administration including managing calls, emails, correspondence, and diary notes

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in accounting or property (highly regarded)
  • Exposure to property administration or commercial leases (advantageous)
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills with exceptional accuracy
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • High-level organisational and administrative skills
  • Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Excel preferred)
  • Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive and driven approach to new challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
