With extensive experience in the Mining Industry, we provide Project Contracting, Equipment Hire, Recruitment, and Labour Supply services to the Mining, Civil, and Construction industries.

Personal Assistant to the Directors

LOCATION
– Dajwood Pty Ltd Office | 19 Knobels Road, Farleigh


ROSTER
– Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Directors
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required
  • Assist with organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases
  • Support office operations and assist other team members when required
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

Experience:

  • School leavers encouraged to apply – training provided
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience (advantage but not essential)
  • Knowledge of office systems, procedures, and basic management practices (preferred)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
