We're looking for an enthusiastic Property Manager Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. You'll play a vital role supporting our Property Managers in delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants, all while developing your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.


About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll assist our Property Managers with day-to-day operations including:

  • Coordinating maintenance requests and work orders
  • Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections
  • Preparing leases and tenancy documentation
  • Managing phone and email enquiries
  • Supporting open homes and inspections
  • Assisting with arrears management and data entry
  • Providing outstanding service to landlords, tenants and trades

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A genuine interest in real estate and property management
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Confidence working with clients and team members
  • Good attention to detail and time management
  • Current QLD driver's licence
  • (Preferred) Property Management experience
  • (Preferred) Property Management qualifications
