Subiaco AFC is seeking a professional, driven, and forward-thinking Head Coach to lead our NPLW Women's First Team and development of female programme into the next phase of development and competition.

We're looking for a leader who can foster a winning mentality within an elite football environment, who will mentor both players and coaches, and contribute to the club's long-term strategy for women's football.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven coaching experience at NPLW, or senior level or state/A league or national youth teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Minimum FFA/AFC B License (or currently undertaking the course)
  • A commitment to developing female talent and fostering a winning culture
  • Strong tactical knowledge, professionalism, and a team-first mentality
  • Ability to align with Subiaco AFC's values, structures, and long-term vision
  • Valid Working with Children Check

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Women's First Team in all training, matchday management, and strategic planning
  • Target a minimum top 4 finish each season in the NPLW
  • Maintain JDL 1 or 2 league positions for our junior girls top teams
  • Technical development of all female players at Subiaco AFC
  • Provide guidance and leadership to assistant coaches and development squads
  • Foster a strong, inclusive team environment built on respect and ambition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with players, parents, technical staff and the management committee.
  • Represent Subiaco AFC with integrity within the NPLW and broader football community
