First Impressions Dental is a family-owned group with 10 practices across Perth and the Southwest Region, and we're excited to welcome new team members into our growing dental family. We are currently seeking Front Office Coordinators and Dental Assistants for both casual and part-time positions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring every patient has a positive experience
  • Handling front office duties including appointment scheduling, phone bookings, and managing the appointment book
  • Processing payments, discussing treatment plans, and offering payment options
  • Assisting with the reactivation of lapsed patients
  • Supporting our clinical team with chairside assistance (for Dental Assistant role)
  • Actively participating in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve our services

  • Super Organiser – able to juggle multiple tasks, manage scheduling, paperwork, and coordinate seamlessly with the dental team
  • Communication Pro – confident in connecting with patients in person, over the phone, and via email, always with professionalism and care
  • Tech Savvy – comfortable learning and using dental software (we use D4W)
  • Team Player – collaborative, supportive, and committed to ensuring the best patient experience
  • Fun Enthusiast – you enjoy bringing positivity and fun to the workplace, whether it's celebrating milestones or sharing a laugh with the team
