RECEPTIONIST

We are currently seeking applications for a receptionist to be in the Darwin office. This is a permanent Full-Time position. The successful applicant will be friendly, polite with a can-do attitude, reliable and a team player.

What you will be doing:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of calls
  • Assist the Customer Support team with general cargo enquiries and bookings
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company requirements
  • Provide general administration support to other departments, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, word processing, spreadsheet creation, accurate typing, and processing
  • Timely and accurate completion of tasks given

What we require from you:

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good administration skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Well-developed time management and organization skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good Microsoft office skills
  • Open car license (Highly desirable)
