What you'll do

As the first point of contact at our front desk, you'll play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. You'll also support the smooth operation of the office through a mix of reception, administration, and legal support tasks.

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage reception area and handle incoming calls and enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to legal and support staff
  • Perform external rounds to courts, government agencies, and other firms
  • Open, maintain and manage client files and records
  • Assist with general office tasks to keep everything running smoothly

About You

You're professional, well-organised, and thrive in a busy, client-facing environment. You have experience in a legal, conveyancing or corporate office setting, and are confident managing competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

You work well in a team, take initiative, and have strong attention to detail. You're customer-oriented, a clear communicator, and motivated to build a long-term career in the legal industry. You're also eager to learn and grow, and if you already have experience in conveyancing or legal admin, that's a bonus.
