Situated in Central West, Connor Earthmoving Orange is a well-respected civil construction business specialising in Earthmoving, Demolition and Asbestos Removal. We are seeking a mature foreman/ supervisor with proven industry success who understands the current requirements for civil construction industry. We have a diverse range of plant and equipment and a team of friendly and skilled staff.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in Civil Construction Minimum 5+ years
  • Experience as Supervisor / Forman - similar role
  • Have Strong Communication Skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Be disciplined in reporting and completing related administration work
  • Knowledge Quality, Environmental and WHS Management Policy and Procedure
  • Experience with UTS and GPS
  • Understanding of and experience with Plans and Drawings

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily activities on site
  • Managing Sub-contractors, managing trades and managing suppliers
  • Compliance and management of Environmental, WHS & Quality policies and procedures
  • Plan and review the overall status of projects on an ongoing basis
  • Effectively utilise site resources in order to achieve completion of project within time frame
  • Hands on approach when it comes to resolving problems
  • GPS and UTS experience
  • Read, Interpret and Apply Plans and Drawings
