Site Manager – Iconic Hotel Refurbishment | Bathurst, NSW

Foredeck Constructions is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Site Manager to join the team in the delivery of a landmark hospitality project in Bathurst. This is a rare opportunity to oversee the complete refurbishment of a live hotel.

  • 12+ month programme
  • Full-scale refurbishment of a prominent hotel property
  • Live environment requiring precision, discretion, and proactive coordination

Your Role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You'll work closely with other Foredeck team members and project stakeholders to maintain momentum and uphold the highest standards—especially in a live hospitality setting.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally in hospitality or live environments
  • Minimum 3-5 years of refurbishment project management experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to navigate complex site logistics with minimal disruption
  • Trade Background or Tertiary Qualification strongly preferred
  • Acceptable qualifications include building trades background, construction diploma, engineering degree, or project management qualification
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
