Now, we're on the hunt for our next Online Customer Service Superstar to join our fast-paced, fashion-loving crew

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the friendly face behind the scenes, making sure every customer has the best Ally experience.

Your day-to-day will include:


• Chatting with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media


• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with care and accuracy


• Helping customers track their orders and deliveries


• Keeping communication flowing across teams


• Supporting our eCommerce and warehouse teams when needed


• Maintaining a tidy and organised online office space


• Jumping in to help wherever needed — no two days are the same

What We're Looking For

We want someone who's:


• Energetic and enthusiastic — we love good vibes only


• A clear communicator (written and verbal)


• Confident with basic computer skills


• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment


• A true team player who's flexible and helpful


• Ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in where needed

Bonus points if you have:


• Experience in fashion or eCommerce


• Familiarity with Shopify Plus or Shippit
