Join a team like no other with career support to take you further The Talent and Organisational Development team are seeking an Assistant Advisor to facilitate the delivery of talent development programs and projects across the department.
What you'll do
In this role, you will provide proactive support and coordination in the design and delivery of capability development programs and projects across the department. You will build and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as business partners, to achieve strategic, business, and operational objectives. Working collaboratively, you will ensure organisational priorities shape the design of development programs that address both current and future capability needs.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Knowledge of contemporary learning theories and learning development initiatives and how to practically apply them in a large complex organisation.
- Experience in the design, delivery and assessment of workplace learning and development programs and understanding how they apply in achieving organisational outcomes.
- Understanding and ability to apply project management methodology to contribute to major programs and projects.
- Research, analytical, problem solving and evaluation skills.
- Proven high level interpersonal skills, including communication (written and oral), negotiation, consultation, stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a small team, managing multiple, competing priorities.
