Your new role:As an Allied Health Assistant, you will support occupational therapists and allied health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
This role is hands-on, combining clinical assistance and administrative support to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred services.
Deliver patient interventions under the supervision of allied health professionals.
Assist with treatment programs, patient care, and safe handling.
Maintain, monitor, and prepare therapy equipment and resources.
Support accurate record-keeping and contribute to team communication.
About you:
We are looking for a reliable, compassionate individual who enjoys working in a healthcare team and is committed to delivering quality patient care.
Experience in a healthcare setting, with the ability to work within scope of practice.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to support patients and colleagues.
Good time management and ability to prioritise workload under direction.
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (highly regarded but not mandatory).
