About the role:

We're looking for a talented individual to ensure customers reach their desired outcomes through effective onboarding, project and relationship management. As a byproduct of these,, we are looking for someone who is experienced in SaaS implementations, project management and process improvement.

The Solutions Consultant Lead acts as a liaison between enterprise or complex Rosterfy customers and our internal teams, helping to deliver the best onboarding experience possible. 


Requirements

SaaS Delivery / onboarding experience

Experience in a technical consulting environment 

5+ Years in customer implementation facing roles in a SaaS company

Project management experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Understanding of standard financial project management

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload

Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
