About you

You're a real problem solver. You love to make your clients happy and see them smile at the end of an job.

Skills & Attributes

• Industry background and experience in HVAC.
• Ability to work autonomously, with minimal instruction or supervision.
• Ability to install and service residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories, successfully and without supervision.
• Strong customer service skills. Front line, face-to-face contact.
• Strong awareness of safety issues in relation to installing equipment, electrical and electronic components, and refrigerant gas safety.
• Very good writing, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A professional approach to all internal and external written and verbal communication.
• Through knowledge and understanding of all company policies and related procedures and systems.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current ARC Tick License
• An excellent communicator
• Self-driven, reliable and has a positive attitude
• Have residential installation experience
• Great at problem-solving and enjoying a challenge
• He is well-groomed and takes pride in his appearance
• You believe you're the BEST
