Service Co-Ordinator/Scheduler

About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for coordinating daily schedules for a team of field technicians, ensuring service appointments are managed efficiently and customers receive timely, professional support. You will work closely with internal teams and act as a central contact point for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage technician schedules, ensuring efficient coverage of daily service requests
  • Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, follow up on queries, and provide updates
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support operational delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry across scheduling and service systems
  • Manage changes or urgent requests calmly and proactively, resolving issues as they arise
  • Support ongoing improvements to service processes and team coordination

About You:

We are looking for someone who brings a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, thrive in a busy environment, and have a genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, ideally within trade services, maintenance, or a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence using scheduling software and general business systems
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a positive, can-do attitude
