Inbound Appointment Setter

Salary: $150,000 OTE - Uncapped Commission – Base Salary and Commission Paid Weekly

Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

Option for shift work, late start/early finishes.

With circa 1000 cars in stock, we secure thousands of leads per month, and as our team is growing, we're on the lookout for an energetic, organised and customer-focused Inbound Appointment Setter to join our high-performing team in Brisbane.

Role Overview:

As an Inbound Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for our warm inbound leads (No Cold Calling), engaging potential buyers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments, test drives for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email and SMS.


• Qualify and understand customer needs, preferences, and buying timeframes.


• Schedule appointments for the sales team


• Follow up on uncontacted leads and reschedule missed or cancelled bookings.


• Update CRM with accurate notes and lead statuses in real time.


• Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.


• Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional first impression of the Cars4Us brand.

What We Are Looking For:


• Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or call centre environment (automotive or retail background highly regarded).


• Strong phone & written communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers.


• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions.


• Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems, Emails, Texts, and scheduling tools.


• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-growing, high-volume environment.
