About the Opportunity

As our Marketing Manager - Media, you'll work across dynamic teams, retailers, and partners to shape a media strategy that's bold, data-driven, and built for the future. You'll lead with purpose, drive performance across paid channels, and foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.

In this Role

  • Partner with our media agency to deliver a transformative roadmap that aligns with business growth and future-focused media innovation
  • Champion integrated communications planning across paid, owned, and earned channels to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging
  • Hold media channels accountable for delivering measurable Return of Investment, aligning spend with business outcomes and performance benchmarks
  • Oversee the planning and execution of local digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media effectiveness and audience engagement
  • Embed a culture of experimentation, driving a structured test-and-learn approach supported by clear measurement frameworks
  • Drive best practice in media planning and governance, elevating standards across the business and ensuring consistency
  • Define and implement media KPIs and reporting frameworks, enabling clear visibility of impact and continuous improvement

You're Likely a Match If

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in media roles (client-side or agency-side), ideally within retail or FMCG
  • Proven expertise in all paid media channels, media strategy, planning, buying, and multi-channel campaign management (including TV, OOH, Radio, Digital)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (not essential but desired)
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into actionable strategy
  • Experience leading media transformation initiatives and managing teams
  • Demonstrated negotiation expertise with media partners and agencies
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborative, curious, and resilient leader with a passion for media excellence
