In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Product Manager is responsible for the initiation and progression of new products into market and the maintenance and development of existing products. The Product Manager is the product category expert within the business, and is a pivotal operational and strategic role with business defining responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- New Product Concept Creation
- Initiate and manage product research to design concepts that will enhance our product portfolio and new product development pipeline in line with the annual business plan and overall business objectives and timings
- Assist in the creation of design brief / receive brief from marketing team and liaise with External agency to develop the ideas
- Develop and recommend designs along with the external agency
- Manage external agency through design process
- Test the approved concepts/designs with market research, collate and present recommendations to the business on launch strategy
- Manage design and manufacturing process with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Management of products from inception to launch
- Provide pricing and forecasting recommendations in conjunction with the Commercial Analyst
- Assist with internal and external reporting documentation and communication
- Existing Product Management
- Analysis, recommendation and implementation of product resting strategies
- Registry stock management in conjunction with sales team and manufacturer
- Review all Marketing collateral featuring product explanations in consultation with the Marketing Manager, Dealer Channel Manager and Customer Service Manager
- Advertising and campaign review
- Content Management - Search / release / reserve desirable content
- Investigate and manage new content formats through research to launch taking into account backend systems such as registration, administration and website.
- Management of ‘Newly Released Content’ page of the website in conjunction with Marketing Manager and Digital Manager

**Key requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Expertise in Drupal Content Management System or similar
- Previous background in digital design highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
