Known for precision cutting, innovative colour work, and personalised service, we're looking for a talented Senior Hair Cutter & Colourist to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Senior Cutter and Colourist, you will bring technical excellence, creativity, and strong client care skills to the salon. You will work with a loyal and growing client base, mentor emerging stylists, and contribute to the artistic direction of the salon.

Key Responsibilities


• Deliver expert haircuts and precision styling for all hair types


• Provide advanced colour services, including creative techniques, balayage, foiling, and corrective work


• Consult with clients to create personalised, up to date looks


• Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring every client feels valued


• Mentor and support junior stylists and apprentices


• Stay current with fashion trends, techniques, and product knowledge


• Contribute to salon culture with a positive, collaborative attitude

About You


• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a senior stylist in cutting and colouring


• Exceptional technical skills with a creative edge


• Strong communication and consultation skills


• A passion for client experience and building relationships


• Professional, reliable, and a team player


• Qualified hairdressing certificate (Cert III or IV in Hairdressing)


• Availability to work across a flexible roster including weekends (if required)
