You're someone who's been on the floor for years, knows your way around advanced colour techniques, and still finds joy in the craft. We're looking for someone who:

Has at least 5 years' experience as a qualified stylist

Must hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent recognised qualification

Is highly confident in all current colour techniques — blonding, balayage, creative colour, corrections, and more

Is familiar with L'Oréal Professional colour and retail (a bonus, not a deal breaker)

Takes pride in precise cutting and delivering consistently excellent results

Communicates clearly, connects with clients, and enjoys building long-term relationships

Is looking for a salon that prioritizes quality over quantity and creativity over ego

Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
