- Lead design reviews, site meetings, documentation, and reporting
- Resolve technical challenges in collaboration with design and engineering partners
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients and residents
- 5 years' experience managing building remediation, strata, or medium-density residential projects
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills across varied stakeholders
- Experience delivering Class 2 or D&C projects
- Solid understanding of defect investigation, compliance, and permit processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- Technically rewarding projects – From façade renewal to structural remediation, every build tells a new story
- Strong foundations – Backed by the Mazzei Group, with mature systems and commercial support
- Collaborative culture – A close-knit, high-performing team that values integrity and accountability
- Balanced work – Monday to Friday, based at our new Hawthorn HQ
- Career growth – A growing business offering long-term development and leadership opportunities
