Are you ready to build your future? Civil Infrastructure Group (CIG) is looking for motivated and hands-on individuals to join our team as Carpentry Apprentices.

At CIG, we deliver major civil construction and infrastructure projects across Victoria. As part of our team, you'll gain valuable on-the-job training, learn from highly skilled tradespeople, and work on exciting large-scale projects that make a real impact in the community.


Pay Rates (CFMEU EBA – 2025)

All wages are inclusive of allowances:

Weekly Pay Hourly Rate

First 3 months (no pre-apprenticeship) $797.74/week $41.89/hr

First 3 months (with pre-apprenticeship) $1,002.51/week $41.89/hr

2nd Year $1,207.28/week $47.47/hr

3rd Year $1,618.95/week $50.27/hr

4th Year $1,926.10/week $53.06/hr
