Who are we?

ARG Property Management is the boutique property management division of ARG (Australian Residential Group), one of Australia's largest new project sales businesses. We provide an "end-to-end" sales journey for our partners with sales advisory, product support, contracts & handover support right through to property management services.

Our focus is on the sale of brand-new properties to investors across Australia. We partner with builders and developers and have a large, established network of professional referral channels. ARG is not your typical competitive real estate company; we ensure our focus is always on establishing long and genuine relationships with our team members and external selling partners, owners, and tenants.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently seeking an energetic Assistant Property Managerto join the team and work within our established and growing portfolio.

The Role

If you've worked as a Property Manager but are seeking a role with less responsibility than running a portfolio end-to-end, this Assistant Property Manager position could be the perfect fit. You'll have the opportunity to use your skills and experience in property management without carrying the full weight of portfolio ownership. Supporting the Senior Property Manager, you'll assist with day-to-day tasks, client communication, routine inspections, and tenant management, while enjoying a balanced workload and the chance to continue developing your career in property management.

About You

We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious team player with a genuine love for Property Management and, more importantly, people.  The following would also help:

  • A current Agent's Representative, Real Estate Licence will be well received.
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager is preferred but not essential.
  • ARG is a leader in using technology and innovation within the business (do we even have a filing cabinet in the office??). The ideal candidate will have a solid working knowledge across all current real estate programs, including PropertyMe, IRE, HubSpot CRM etc.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure first-class customer service.
