About the role

The Senior Property Development Manager is a key position within our Industrial Property & Logistics portfolio. The position is responsible to manage and oversee complex industrial property development projects through all project phases to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established methodology. The role is responsible for strategy formulation, budget management, feasibility analyses, resource management, community and stakeholder engagement, delivery management and providing clear reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Key deliverables include engaging with stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance BAC's investment portfolio, ensuring developments are completed on time and within budget, maximising long-term income from non-terminal industrial assets, and driving innovation and sustainability across all projects.

About you

You like to be part of a happy, high performing team and take pride in making a difference through doing great work.

You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field and deeply experienced in property development, with a particular focus on industrial or large-scale projects. This will include experience in managing large project teams and complex, multi-stakeholder projects as well as in strategic planning and financial management, including budget oversight, financial modelling, and feasibility analysis to ensure the long-term success and viability of development projects.
