Position Summary
The UI Path Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist must possess a robust skill set in RPA, encompassing both consulting and development expertise. You will take charge of leading the implementation of automation projects from inception to completion. Engaging actively with business stakeholders, you will conduct thorough RPA process assessments, develop Software Design Documents (SDDs) and Process Design Documents (PDDs), and, once these documents receive approval, you will move forward to create intelligent process automation using UI Path.

You will have excellent presentation skills of experience in presenting your solutions to various groups of stakeholders, as well as collaborating with change management teams to ensure early adoption of solutions.

The candidate must have a strong background in healthcare and an in-depth understanding of industry standards and best practices in automation. You will be familiar with the challenges which are unique to the healthcare sector and the ability to work with limited SME access due to availability constraint.

Mandatory Skills

  • Possess practical experience using UiPath RPA at an advanced level in the healthcare domain, including identifying automation opportunities, proposing and implementing solutions, and handing over completed solutions to the support team.
  • Have experience in developing UiPath intelligent document processing solutions within the healthcare sector.
  • Possess strong knowledge of automating Citrix-based applications using UiPath computer vision technology for clinical automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Agents and UiPath Maestro, with a deep understanding of their roles in orchestrating agentic automation workflows.
  • Proven ability to design, deploy, and manage agentic automation solutions using UiPath's ecosystem, enabling autonomous decision-making and task execution.

  • Have solid technical experience in an IT programming development environment, demonstrating the ability to complete functional and technical designs, code, conduct unit tests, and create documentation using UiPath, SQL Server, and Web APIs.
  • Able to quickly understand customers' business processes and explore, as well as architect, solutions leveraging RPA tools.

  • Capable of working within project schedule constraints, effectively communicating any identified risks and issues, and assisting with replanning as necessary.

  • Introduced agile methodology (Scrum) in the client environment by closely collaborating with the Business Analyst to identify new processes and define requirements.
  • Ability to integrate CI/CD practices into UiPath automation workflows, ensuring seamless and reliable delivery of automation solutions.
  • Disciplined in managing project scope and timelines.
  • An initiative-taker who is self-directed and proactive in managing tasks while setting challenging targets to meet client demands.

  • Possess an enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward implementing and developing new operations.
  • Literate in Python

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify automation opportunities and estimate the associated efforts and potential benefits leveraging the MS Power platform.
  • Document existing processes, identifying steps for automation (Process Definition Document - PDD).
  • Produce "to-be" solution documents (Solution Design Document - SDD).
  • Responsible for the architecture, design, building, testing, and deployment of UiPath solutions while managing teams, ensuring new team members have mentors and learn best practices.
  • Worked in a lead developer role, managing an onshore team within the client's environment.
  • Create, maintain, and manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines.
  • Engage in support and maintenance activities.
  • Utilize agile methodologies (Scrum, Test-Driven Development - TDD) and work closely with Business Analysts and functional experts.
  • Deliver on assigned responsibilities while adhering to coding standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Work within project schedule constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues.
  • Schedule and conduct quality audit inspections, and analyze and review systems, data, and documentation.
  • Identify variations and potential high-risk areas to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
  • Recommend corrective action plans and improvements to resolve non-compliance with standards identified through monitoring and auditing processes and procedures.
  • Communicate, educate, and consult with users and management to ensure awareness and adherence to standards, procedures, and quality control issues and activities.
  • Test, identify, and diagnose functionality errors and faults in systems and programming code, adhering to established testing protocols, guidelines, and quality standards to ensure systems perform as expected.
  • Develop, conduct, and provide technical guidance and training in application software and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to solution documentation to support solution transition and maintenance.
  • Create handover documentation.
